On behalf of Gulu City Covid19 Taskforce, The City Mayor together with Resident City Commisioner, have this morning received 10 litres of sanitizer, 100 litres of liquid soap and 200 litres of fuel inaddition to facemasks from the Password Bar, Restaurant and Washing Bay.
